When is Thank Friday?

Thank Friday will run from Friday 29th November to midnight on Monday 2nd December.

how do I get my discount on kits?

You can find all the discounted kits via the SHOP NOW link above. The 15% discount will be automatically applied at the checkout.

How does the prize draw work?

All orders placed from Friday 29th November to Monday 2nd December will automatically go into the prize draw to win an Advent Box worth £65. This is only open to UK customers. The prize draw will be on Friday 6th December. You will be notified by email if you have won. If you would not like to be entered, then please email me at hello@flyingbobbins.com

How Do I get free P&P?

Free postage will be automatically applied for all UK customers. Postage is normally £3.80.

What will Flying Bobbins be giving to charity?

Flying Bobbins will be donating 10% of all sales to the NSPCC.

For example, if we get £100 of sales, then £10 goes to the NSPCC. The donation will be made as a lump sum once the Thank Friday event is concluded.

Do the above promotions affect refunds and exchanges?

No, your rights as a consumer remain the same, and Flying Bobbins returns and exchanges policies will not be affected by Thank Friday promotions and activities.

When will I get my order?

Flying Bobbins sends orders out via the Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service. Black Friday weekend is busy both for retailers and postal delivery services, so please do allow a few more days than normal for your order to arrive.
