Friday Sewing Club

A Friday morning dressmaking club for established sewists.

Booked individually or as a block of 5, 2.5 hour lessons.

Sessions run from 10:00am - 12:30pm on a Friday morning and are held at my sewing cabin in Cheam. Full details and directions will be sent out with your booking confirmation.

Pfaff Sewing machines, and Juki and Baby-lock Overlockers are available to use alongside a comprehensive selection of sewing tools. You are also welcome to bring your own machine and tools.

You can bring your own project to work on or sew up this term's project, which will be the Heather Blazer by Friday pattern Company

Price:

• £140 for a block of 5 lessons (12.5 hours)
• £32 per 2.5 hour lesson if booked individually

Dates: Friday 20th September - Friday 18th October

Time: 10:00am - 12:30pm (2.5 hours)

Level: Intermediate and beyond - You should be confident using a sewing machine.

Class Size: 4 - 6

Price Includes:

• Sewing help and tuition form Liz
• Use of all machines and tools
• Tea, coffee and light refreshments
• 10% off your choice of fabric, pattern or kit to be used in class.

Minimum Class Size:

The minimum class size for the Friday Sewing Club is 4 participants. Should this number not be reached, the class will not be able to run. Flying Bobbins will strive to find a solution, however, in some cases, classes may have to be cancelled due to low numbers. You will be kept informed at all times and a full refund will be given for any cancelled courses.

Cancellation Policy:

Full payment for the class shall be taken at point of booking to secure your place.

Should you wish to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks in advance will be charged at 50%.

In the unlikely event that the class cannot go ahead due to teacher absence, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

Illness:

Please don't attend the sewing class if you feel unwell. Every effort will be made to find you an alternative lesson so that you can catch up.
